Pearl is a fantastic and extremely beautiful new development ideally situated on Headland Road, right next to the famous Fistral Beach and 18-hole Golf Course. Its central location is perfect for whatever your holiday needs are, whether you prefer a day of surfing, shopping, enjoying local Restaurants or dancing the night away… everything is at your doorstep.
7 Pearl is on the first floor and has an open plan living/ kitchen area with patio doors opening onto a large private balcony with sea views towards Towan Bay (the other side of Fistral Beach) and the headland. It has patio furniture for 4 people so that you can relax and make the most of the views in the company of friends and family.
Each apartment is fully furnished with bedding, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment to create a ‘home away from home’. The Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as built in cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. This apartment also benefits from a utility room, which has a washer/ dryer, clothes horse, iron etc so that you need not leave the apartment for anything but fun.
The modern furnishings beautifully reflect the brand new exterior.
The lounge has a large flat screen T.V with DVD Player and free view. There is a dining room table and chairs between the kitchen and living area to enjoy family meals or dinner with friends.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch so it can sleep up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom is en-suite with shower, wash basin and w/c. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets/ lamps, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and flat screen television.
Bedroom two has a ‘zip & link’ bed (so that the room can be made up as a double or a twin). It is furnished with bedside cabinets/ lamp, mirror and dressing table.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, mirror and w/c.
Pearl benefits from under floor heating and video entry system. There is a storage area for surf boards/ beach gear, secure gated car park with allocated parking for one car and a passenger lift to all floors.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Children are welcome. Cots and Highchairs are available at a charge of £10 each per week. Please request these at the time of booking.
