53 Zinc is on the fourth/ top floor and overlooks almost the whole of Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf course with views spanning for miles.

This apartment has an open plan living/ kitchen area with doors opening onto the balcony from the both bedrooms and the lounge, all benefitting from these amazing views. Outside furniture finishes the outside area off beautifully so that you can relax and enjoy the amazing views in the company of friends and family.
Each apartment is fully furnished with bedding, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment to create a ‘home away from home’. The Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as built in cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. This apartment also benefits from a utility cupboard, which has a washer/ dryer, clothes horse, iron etc so that you need not leave the apartment for anything but fun.
The modern furnishings, which reflect the 5 star standards, beautifully reflect the contemporary exterior and sky-lights add an amazing light to almost every room.
The lounge has a large flat screen T.V, DVD Player, free view and Nintendo Wii with 2 controllers and games. Wireless internet access is also available at no extra charge.
There is a dining room table and 6 chairs, in which to enjoy family meals or dinner with friends.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms so it can sleep up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom is en-suite with shower, wash basin and w/c. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets/ lamps, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and flat screen TV.
Bedroom two has a ‘zip & link’ bed (so that the room can be made up as a double or a twin). It is furnished with bedside cabinet/ lamp, mirror & wardrobe.
The third bedroom/ study consists of a sleeper couch, flat screen TV and desk. This room also has sea views, looking towards Towan bay and the Headland (the other side of Fistral).
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, mirror and w/c.
Zinc benefits from gas central heating, video entry system, secure underground parking with allocated space for one car, lift access to all floors including the car park and access to a secure storage area for surf boards and beach gear.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Children are welcome. Cots and Highchairs are available at a charge of £10 each per week. Please request these at the time of booking.

Spacious main bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and w.c.
Surfboard storage. Secure underground, allocated parking. Check in time is 4.30pm. Lift to all floors and car park. Video entry phone.
We do not accept pets but we do accept children.
